Radio show, Dine Northwest , will be airing a recent interview with MARINA Master's Student, Jack Cheney, tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11th between noon and 1:00pm on 1180 AM. With a background in the seafood restaurant and dining industry, Jack will be discussing his take on seafood in the Pacific Northwest. Currently, Jack is designing and implementing a survey on oyster consumption throughout Seattle in partnership with the Washington Department of Health in addition to his work to progress implementation of a local eco-label for sustainable seafood in Seattle's restaurants as Project Manager at Future of Fish.
